Production Schedule
Preproduction
Each month we’ll have a meeting to plan our shoot. Our team will map out a script and mood board showcasing the shoot theme so it’s easy for you to visualize our ideas.
Shooting
Our monthly shooting will take place all in one action-packed, fun day! Our team will bring all the professional equipment needed for video, lighting, and sound (sometimes backdrops as well) to your location or chosen venue.
Editing
We’ll craft a compelling story and incorporate b roll, music, and graphics to create several lengths of video for multiple platforms. Then, you’ll have a chance to provide feedback before we finalize your content!

Client Success Story - Case Study
As part of our “Monthly Video Plan” service, we partner with the City of Camarillo to produce content for them year round. Every other month we film 3 segments as part of their “CityScene” television series. On the off month we meet via Zoom to game plan ideas for the next shoot and provide scripts and a shot list. We also film some additional content for their State of the City Address or City Events. Having a consistent monthly schedule provides them with fresh content and an archive of high quality photos and videos that they can use across a multitude of platforms for promotional purposes.
